Smokey Valley Stallion~ Shadow

Smokey Valley Stallion ~ Shadow

Smokey Valley Shadow is a 16-year-old, 15 HH, maximum sabino black roan.

He is a strikingly beautiful and naturally gaited horse.  While white in color himself he typically produces fully colored roan sabinos.  Here at Smokey Valley…. Shadow is renowned for his ability to produce gifted natural barefoot and light shot offspring from very pacey mares.

Smokey Valley Stallion~ Tex

Smokey Valley Stallion~ Texas Persuasion

“Tex” is both a physically gifted and beautiful example of the Smokey Valley Horse breed.  Tex is capable of overstriding his front foot placement by 4 ½ feet and performs a perfectly squared up natural 4 beat gait…. Either barefoot or on a keg shoe.  At about 14 miles per hour, he smoothly transitions from a smooth head-shaking running walk to an equally smooth rack to speed of more than 25 mph.

We are expecting 7 foals sired by Tex in 2020 and look forward to sharing the results with you!!

Smokey Valley Stallion ~ Stetson

Smokey Valley Stallion~ Stetson

Stetson is a 4-year-old Black Raon, 15.2 HH

Stetson shares the same breeding as Tex.  They are both fired by our phenomenal former stallion Phanton and their mothers are full sister to Smokey Valley Horse ~ Colorado.  Stetson is also beautiful and equally gifted in his gaits as Tex.

We are also expecting 7 foals sired by Stetson in “2020” and have very high expectations for the quality of his offspring.

Smokey Valley Stallion ~ Mississippi Parol

Smokey Valley Stallion~ Mississippi Parole

Mississippi Parole is a 6-year-old Black Roan, 15 HH.  Mississippi is the latest addition to the Smokey Valley Horse breeding program.  We recently lost Smokey Valley Phantom who was also a direct son of the great Out on Parole.  Phantom proved to be the perfect outcross breeding stallion for our legacy Persuasion bred broodmares.

Mississippi himself is a gifted, keg shod, deep striding riding horse and we eagerly look forward to getting his first offspring on the ground in “2021”
