The Colemans host a western-themed

2 bed/1 bath barn apartment for guests who visit the farm in search of their lifetime companion. Upon waking, the nickers and neighs of the equine royalty will put a smile on your face and set the mood for the day as magical!

In our 2 bedroom / 1 bath barn apartment, you will find all the comforts of home! Upon entering, you will be greeted by a western-themed living/kitchen area that boasts a spiral staircase that leads to the second-story bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and both bedrooms are spread with fine linens for your comfort after a day of riding. If you enjoy outdoor dining or just “porch sitting,” you will enjoy the outdoor space provided just out your front door. Our gazebo in the riding ring offers a relaxing, wine-sipping, horse-watching setting, and many more amenities that will be yours for the taking!

Smokey Valley Farm is tucked away in Carter County, Kentucky. You will find our barn on the right side of state highway 2, just two miles off state highway 64.

The farm is near one of Kentucky’s first certified trail towns, the small Appalachian town of Olive Hill. Olive Hill is located only 73 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, and the farm is within horseback riding distance of the beautiful Carter Caves State Resort Park.
